Padre coffee
Padre Coffee is locally roasted, at the intersection of approachability and deliciousness. Led by a world championship barista judge with over 15 years of experience in the coffee industry, Abstract will be your new favourite morning coffee.
Local Produce
Alongside our locally roasted coffee, our milk is sourced from a Country Valley in Picton; a locally owned dairy, not from a large chain.
Our produce is supplied by local distributors, along with Green Connect in Warrawong and the Dapto Community Garden.
Reducing Waste
We’re committed to sustainability within the hospitality industry. We opt for a sustainable Milk Juggler to save thousands of plastic bottles going to landfill each year and all of our takeaway packaging is fully compostable in your FOGO or green bin!
These practices reduce landfill space, methane and carbon emissions typically created from the transportation of produce and waste.
